Talabay is the first integrated resort and residential community in Jordan and one of the most important and largest ventures in Aqaba special economic zone.

In 2002, Jordan Projects for Tourism Development Company, owner of Tala Bay, started construction works at the project which is located (14) kms to the south of Aqaba.

The project covers an area of approximately (2.7) million square meters and stretches along a (2 km) natural beachfront over looking the Gulf of Aqaba and the Red Sea, with a total cost of US$ 680 million. Tala Bay encompasses a variety of residential apartments and villas, and a combination of retail outlets, restaurants, clubs, and cafés. Tala Bay’s residential areas include the Marina Town, the Lake Residences, the Garden Residences, and the Golf Villas.
