The National Assemblage Trading Co. is a storage facility for imported liquid products shipped by sea for local use in chemical factories and for re-exporting. Located east of the oil port on the southern shore of Aqaba on a (26) thousand square meters of land.

The project is being implemented on two phases; the first phase started construction in May 2003, this phase includes 12 storage tanks with the capacity to store (10,000) tons of liquid products. The US$ 4 million project will generate close to (25) job opportunities. The implementation of phase two will start after the completion of construction of phase one. The second phase will include a facility for mineral oil manufacturing with the cooperation of a French company (Total). Tanks in phase two will have the capacity to store (40,000) tons distributed on (28) tanks.
