The Red Sea Resort slopes down from a small hillside towards the beach, overlooking the red sea. It is 10 km away from the city center and is located in the south beach area of Aqaba.  The project is developed on a total area of147,400  SQM of land and a building area of 68,000 SQM. The Red Sea resort consists of 260 villas with 4 different designs. Villas vary from 225 to350 SQM in size for individual villas and 175 to 220 SQM for Semi Detached villas.

The fully serviced resort has an investment worth USD75 million and will be completed and handed over to residents in one phase by end of 2009

The Beach Club, which is built on a total area of 40 sqm, is fully equipped with swimming pools, beaches, a health club, a health spa, restaurants, cafes, and parking lots. An entertainment outlet in the center of the resort built on 9 km, it has outdoors tennis courts, restaurants, cafes, captivating sights of greenery, health club, commercial centers and a gymnasium, and a sea view terrace. The resort offers maintenance and security services.  A sea view is available to all since the resort slightly slopes towards the beach.
