AL Yemeniya Heights residential project it's located over a total area of (12) million square meters near the c oral reefs south of the city of Aqaba. The total area has been parceled and tendered out in two parts in the aim to attract private sec tor companies to undertake the development.

Yemeniya phase 1 :

Yemeniya Height residents with a total area of (48) thousand square meters an additional (20) square meters of beachfront was put up for tendering and won by Pranice Company to develop and manage another beach club dedicated to cater to residents of non-beach hotels.

Yemeniya phase 2 :

Yemeniya phase (2) Covers an area of (12) million square meters consists and Educational Village encompassing a group of universities and educational institutes, a media city, in addition to a residential city knows as "Mansion Hills" which will be divided to two stages each reaching approximately 3m sqm in size.
